Is It Worth It To Collect Vinyl
There is probably one other point worth mentioning especially in regard to classical music and that is that many of the really great and famous recordings made in the so called golden age of the lp the 50s 60s 70s and 80s have mysteriously suffered from awful transfers to cd.
Is it worth it to collect vinyl. I listen to a lot of metal and surrounding genres and many bands release multiple variants of the album and i would like to know from other variant collectors if spending the amount of money on every variant is worth it. I do collect vinyl and cassettes on a much smaller scale 30 50 for a brand new vinyl might be the norm but it s way too expensive so i only buy what i love. I ve been wondering this for a while and figured i d ask for opinions. What makes something worth collecting.
